2019 marks the 60th anniversary of Chinese Academy of Surveying and Mapping (CASM). We are pleased to announce that the International Symposium on Innovation, Integration and Development of Surveying and Mapping will be convened

in Beijing, China from 17 to 18 June 2019.

Over the six decades, CASM has generated a series of innovative ideas and achieved fruitful results in the field of Geodesy, Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems. With the theme ‘Innovation, Integration and Development of Surveying and Mapping’, the Symposium will be a truly international event bringing together all scholars and professionals at high level to sum up the achievements of CASM; address the newest research results; reflect the importance of surveying and mapping to support technological development; focus on enhancing international cooperation among participants; and ensure that surveying and mapping has its widest and fullest utility in service of social, economic  and environmental development.
